Payment coupon booklets for 2012 were mailed to our residential customers at the beginning of January and we are no longer sending out monthly invoices unless you specifically request that we do so. The first payment/coupon for January services was due on February 1st. If you pay by check each month and did not receive your payment coupon booklet, please contact Peggy at the office between 8:30 AM and 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday, and she will send out another one immediately. Did you know that you have the option of paying your bill by credit or debit card each month? We can automatically charge your card each month — you choose whether you would like the transaction to take place on the 1st or the 15th of the month. Your information is securely stored and monthly transactions are processed using a merchant services provider who is compliant with the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard. If you are not currently enrolled in this program, give Peggy a call and she will send you an authorization form to complete and return to us.

The down-turn in the economy these past few years has nega-tively affected most of us in some way or another. However, we at Pool Dude Pools have come up with a couple of ways for you to help us help you — if you help us promote and grow our business, we can save you money on your monthly pool cleaning service bill!

One way to save money on your monthly bill is by allowing us to place a small, professionally designed sign in your front yard for a month. In return, we will give you one week of pool clean-ing service free of charge. (Please check with your homeowner’s association and local ordnances first to make sure that you are allowed to place advertisements in your yard).

The second way to save money is to refer our services to others. For each referral that results in new business for us, whether it is monthly cleaning services, remodeling an existing pool, or building a new pool, you will receive one week of free pool cleaning services.

If you would like to take advantage of these money-saving opportunities, please give us a call. We have a limited number of yard signs, so they are available on a first come, first served basis. We will rotate the signs each month so everyone has an opportunity to take advantage of this program. The referral program is available in unlimited quantities! Give Peggy a call today! We will also have links to pool equipment manufacturer websites so that you can obtain missing owner’s manuals for your equipment or research options for replacement equipment.
